Every engagement starts the same way

Find the weak link.

One of six links is holding your business back: being found, turning visitors into leads, answering every lead, winning new customers, running operations, or seeing the numbers. The free review finds which one. We fix that first.

A rank grid, a call to your line, your form filled, your listings checked. Written up and sent to you.

It comes down to six links. One of them is holding you back.

Live demo · AI receptionist

Talk to it.
Right now.

Tap the orb and say hi. Emma asks what your business does, then answers like your receptionist while you play the customer. Ask a question, push back on price, try to book. Hear what your callers would hear.

  1. 1Tap the orb and allow your microphone.
  2. 2Tell Emma your business and what you sell.
  3. 3Play the customer. Ask anything.

Operations automation

What can run on its own.

Most of a growing company's day is the same work, done the same way, by someone who has better things to do. These are the pieces we take off their desk.

Sales
  • Quotes sent, and followed up until there's an answer
  • Leads routed to the right person, with the details attached
  • Reply when a customer asks "did you get my email?"
Operations
  • Orders from email and PDF typed into your system
  • Status updates sent to customers at each step
  • Exceptions flagged for a person, everything else moves
Finance
  • Invoices sent when the job or delivery is done
  • Payment reminders that stop when the money lands
  • Monthly reports to your accountant, already sorted
Hiring
  • Applicants screened against the role's must-haves
  • Interviews booked from the manager's real calendar
  • Onboarding steps and paperwork sent on day one
Customer service
  • Common questions answered on the phone and by text
  • "Where's my order?" looked up and answered
  • Anything unusual handed to a person with the context
Reporting
  • One dashboard for sales, jobs and money
  • A weekly email with the numbers, so nobody logs in
  • Alerts when something is off, not a month later

If your team does it the same way every day, it can probably run on its own.

How it works

From weak link to a system that runs.

Three steps, in order. You see the blueprint before anything is built, and every system runs on accounts you own.

Inside the customer review

Four checks. One written report.

We look at your business the way a customer does: search for you, call you, fill your form, read what the web says about you. Each check becomes a page of the report. Here is what they look like.

Real work

Two systems, before and after.

Hiring · a company that hires often

Hiring that runs itself.

Before

Applications came in by job board and email. Someone read them when they had time, usually days later. Good applicants had already taken another job, and interviews were booked by back-and-forth email.

What we built

Every application lands in one place and is screened against the role's must-haves. Applicants who pass get a link to pick an interview slot from the hiring manager's real calendar. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own.

After

The team only meets qualified candidates. Replies go out the same day, and nobody reads résumés at midnight.

Outbound · a logistics company

New shippers, every week, on its own.

Before

New business came from referrals and a few long-time accounts. There was no system to reach new shippers, and cold email from the main domain hurt deliverability.

What we built

A full outbound email system: separate sending domains warmed up so the main domain stays safe, a target list of shippers by lane and size, a sequence in the company's voice, and follow-ups that stop the moment someone replies.

After

Steady outreach to new accounts every week, running on its own, with replies and meetings landing in one place.
