Link 5 · Run operations on their own
Applicants screened and booked into interviews. Nobody touches a calendar.
A growing company that hires often, and was losing good applicants to slow replies.
At a glance
The bottleneck
Applications came in through a job board and email. Someone read them when they had time, usually days later. Good applicants had already taken another job. Interviews were booked by back-and-forth email.
What was built
Every application now lands in one place. The system reads it, scores it against the role's must-haves, and sorts it. Applicants who pass get a text and email with a link to pick an interview slot from the hiring manager's real calendar. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own. Applicants who don't pass get a polite reply the same day.
What changed
Reply time went from days to minutes. The hiring manager opens a calendar that's already full of qualified interviews. Nobody reads résumés at midnight.
Tools
Job board and email intake, an AI step to read and score, the company's calendar, SMS and email. All on accounts the company owns.
Client details are left out on purpose. Every example here is real work; names are not shared without permission.
